One long established resident recalls an early visit from a Park official . Yes - nice to be welcomed into your new home ....but then came the statement ..

"If you come to sell the right proceedure is to let the committee know and they might know of someone suitable. Mr X who has just sold to you didnt do that ....and we dont want the wrong sort moving in !!!!

"Have I passed the suitability test ??"
