Betty Lloyd's dream of Garden House before even seeing it

Before Betty Lloyd moved into the Park she had had a recurring dream of being in a house of Victorian 'dolls house' style with Minton hall flooring and very specifically a black traditional telephone upstairs. Not being given to such psychic behaviour normally she was teased by the family - but they were later to be shown up...

Thinking of moving to a larger house; Betty saw an advert for Garden House up for auction. With husband Ron and her cousin she came around one day and seeing the house all locked up; peered through the letterbox only to see the Minton floor.

Clearly an appointment to view inside was needed and at a time that son Jeremy could attend. While Betty stood; 'blood running cold' and looking at the hall and ground floor; Jeremy rushed upstairs only to run down again declaring that there was the black telephone in the upstairs room.
