Known as Hawthorns since built in 1962.

Bill Wilson had the house built using builders JCParkers; after acquiring the garden grounds of No:25 The Limes (opposite). The Wilson family lived at no:21 Hawthorn Villa; had no:62 built and took the Hawthorn name with them when they moved. Built in the style of the times the house had underfloor ducted hot air central heating.
